Glass-blowing in the blowing technique<\/h2>\n

About glass-blowing in the blowing technique and its history in Iran is less talked about. Iranians around the world were the first people used the blowing technique. They started blowing glass for about 3,000 years ago. In fact, Iran was the third civilization in glass production.<\/p>\n

From ancient times, glass played different roles, glass was used by architects to decorate buildings and artists in a variety of shapes. Even today, colored glass is displayed in historic homes and ancient estates.<\/p>\n

Glass production in traditional workshops<\/strong><\/h2>\n

There are several furnaces in the traditional workshops for glass blowing, notably the mother’s furnace.<\/p>\n

The raw material is mixed with 25% to 30% glass fiber.<\/p>\n

This material melts in the mother’s furnace and creates a colorless glass.<\/p>\n

Different furnaces and color pools are used to make colored glass.<\/p>\n

Azure, blue and green in a pool and red, yellow and brown in the another pool .<\/p>\n

Various colors are created at different temperatures.<\/p>\n

After melting the glass, the blower uses special tools to create a special shape with blowing in the Molten matter<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n

At this time, the glass temperature reaches to the 1200 \u00b0 C.<\/p>\n

In the end, the glass is placed in place to cool down for at least 24 to 36 hours, which helps to strengthen the glass.<\/p>\n
